About the Groundskeeper

To the right Nat P. Walker stands in the door of the Thomasville City Cemetery Museum. Mr. Walker has devoted approximately 13 years to the City Cemetery, 7 of which was voluntary. For his 7 years of voluntary service to the City Cemetery the Museum was dedicated in honor of Mr. Walker, which is now the Nat P. Walker Museum.   Nat also supervises the community service work program at the cemetery, and has done so for 11 years, and has not missed a Saturday since he started on November the 8th of 1997.  Nat's motto goes "We work rain, shine, sleet, or snow".
